The National Service Scheme units of Sree Narayana College for Women, Kollam (Unit No: KL 7 013 A & B), in association with Kollam Corporation, Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT 2.0) and the Jal Jeevan Mission, organised an awareness programme titled ‘Catch the Rain’ under the theme Save Water, Save Life, Save Future.

The programme highlighted the importance of rainwater harvesting in recharging groundwater, reducing water scarcity, saving money and building a sustainable future. It also emphasised the various uses of harvested rainwater for gardening, flushing, cleaning and washing.

The event was held on 29th July 2026 (Wednesday) at 3 PM in the Closed Auditorium.
