Guidelines:- Participants must bring their own materials (chart paper, paints, brushes, pencils, crayons, sketch pens, etc.)
- Maximum 3 students per department
- Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
- Mobile phones are not allowed during the competition
- Write name and department on the back of posters for anonymous judging
Judging Criteria:
- Relevance to theme (adherence to given topics)
- Creativity & originality (innovative ideas, unique approach, imagination)
- Artistic skill & composition (use of colors, strokes, balance, neatness, layout)
- Visual impact (ability to catch attention and engage the viewer)

Participants can choose from themes such as:
- Ayurveda
- Yoga
- Traditional healing practices
- Healthy eating and nutrition
- Mental wellness
- Sustainable living
- Medical advancements
- And other current wellness-related topics
