The NCC unit of our college functions as a vibrant and disciplined platform that shapes students into confident, responsible, and service-minded individuals. Grounded in the core principles of unity and discipline, the unit offers structured training that blends physical fitness, military drills, leadership tasks, and community service. Every cadet who joins the NCC at our institution embarks on a transformative journey that goes beyond the classroom.
Cadets begin their experience with regular parades and drill sessions conducted on campus, where they learn the importance of precision, punctuality, and coordination. These sessions instill a deep sense of discipline and physical endurance. Leadership qualities are developed through assigned responsibilities during college events, NCC camps, and organizational tasks, giving cadets hands-on experience in planning, execution, and teamwork. The spirit of comradeship grows as cadets train together, participate in group activities, and support each other during camps such as Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC), Republic Day Camp (RDC) selections, and Trekking Expeditions. The unit actively promotes secularism by encouraging cadets from all backgrounds to work together in harmony, reflecting the inclusive spirit of our campus.
Adventure and outreach are also integral to the NCC experience at our college. From participating in environmental drives and awareness rallies to joining national integration camps and undertaking social service activities, cadets develop a strong sense of civic responsibility and national pride. Through all these experiences, every NCC cadet of our college not only gains military and leadership skills but also carries forward the legacy of service, unity, and personal excellence that the institution proudly upholds.
