In our college, the implementation of NEP 2020 is carried out through a series of strategic initiatives aligned with its core principles. We promote multidisciplinary and skill-based learning by introducing certificate courses, offering interdisciplinary electives, and organizing vocational training sessions in collaboration with industries and experts. To foster a culture of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, we encourage students to undertake project work, support faculty-led research, and actively run innovation clubs and start-up idea competitions. Inclusivity and student support are ensured through remedial and bridge courses, scholarship assistance, and campus activities designed to engage and empower learners from diverse backgrounds. We integrate technology and digital learning by adopting blended learning methods, encouraging the use of MOOCs like SWAYAM, and conducting regular ICT training programs for faculty. To strengthen quality, values, and sustainability, our IQAC conducts periodic audits, and we regularly host value education programs, eco-club activities, and initiatives that celebrate and promote Indian heritage and ethical practices.
