Student's Grievance Redressal Cell

The cell is committed in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students. It ensures confidential and accessible channels for students to report concerns through drop boxes, online forms, and direct communication. Regular awareness campaigns and orientation sessions are conducted to inform students about their rights and the grievance redressal procedures. The cell addresses complaints promptly and fairly, maintaining transparency and confidentiality throughout the process. To promote harmony on campus, it organizes dialogue-based activities, conflict resolution workshops, and peer support initiatives that encourage mutual respect. The cell also collaborates with other support units like the anti-ragging cell and counseling services to provide comprehensive assistance. Periodic review of grievance policies and feedback collection help improve the system’s effectiveness and responsiveness.
